Learning a professional culinary arts course at any institution in the USA has been viewed as something that most people have considered to be expensive compared to other nations in the world.

Auguste Escoffier Scholarship provides students with the benefit of learning from several leading culinary experts. Students also learn about different culinary styles, various recipes, novel ingredients, and various flavor profiles that make them better chefs.

If you’re contemplating taking a degree at the undergraduate level focusing on Culinary Arts, make sure you take advantage of the Culinary Arts Scholarship and Culinary art grants. These awards are available to students at school or who plan for studies within the culinary arts (and related fields).

About Auguste Escoffier Scholarship

The Escoffier Scholarship Foundation is designed to help students passionate about pastry and culinary arts who may not be able to afford additional financial aid. The Escoffier Scholarship Foundation Committee decides the award amounts after examining all eligible applications.

The Escoffier Scholarship Foundation will change from merit-based to need-based eligibility beginning January 1st, 2023. The new process for granting scholarships is based on financial need, and further information will be available when we have finalized this new scheme.
